There
are two key phrases in the description of JustRadio.
The first description is “diverse music”. JustRadio plays
everything from folk to rock; from jazz to alternative; from rap to
blues. So often we find segregation in the music industry - even though
different genres freely draw from one another. We believe most people
do not have just one genre of music in their collections, so we figured
why have a station that only plays one?
The
other key phrase is “independent
artists who are Christian”. Simply
put, the artists - the greater majority we know personally – are not in
the mainstream, but have music that absolutely deserves to be
heard.
And they are followers of Christ. Most of their songs are drawn from
their faith, and some from experience – good, bad, but never
indifferent. We should learn to appreciate and embrace diversity. We
